open Telegram App
Open Menu
Go to Contacts
Now Tap on "Add people Nearby"
you can select people or group nearby you to chat or join.
Previously it was required to keep the screen open for this feature to work.
Now you can click on make me visible to people in nearby window so nearby people can see their profile without needing to open their screen open.
